Sometime in 2023, I realized something startling: I was living by reaction, not intention. I’d check off tasks, follow other people’s definitions of success, and drift from one quarter to the next without ever stopping to ask: Am I the one writing this script?
I felt a tension between my inner knowing — that life is a creative act — and the way I was showing up daily. I had systems for finances and location, but nothing for the soul, the ritual, the cadence of presence.
So I started mapping what intentional living might look like: aligning daily practices, choosing a theme for the year, carving time for self-reflection, designing quarterly sprints not just for goals, but for meaning.
And over time, I watched small changes ripple into deeper confidence, more clarity, and a sense of being at choice.
That’s when I knew: other women are feeling this, too.
